计亮年科研成就科研综述计亮年系统地研究了钌等小分子配合物的组成和结构与DNA的作用及其机理在合成大量小分子配合物的基础上,用热力学、动力学及理论计算(密度泛函法)等总结了这些配合物的不同组成、结构与DNA的作用规律
总结了配合物主配体平面面积等多种因素对配合物和DNA作用方式和稳定性的影响,并进一步提出了许多具有应用前景的体系
在具有酶功能的新型配合物的合成及金属模拟酶的结构、性能及应用的研究方面,设计合成了金属多吡啶、金属卟啉及金属大环三个体系共数百余种新型配合物
